I think the most common thing on this site is for people who are fans of photoshoptroll to send in pictures of their own, acting as if they had found it through photoshoprequests, because they want to see what he does, and think it’s fun.
As someone else already commented, that picture is of Ellie Goulding, not of some person who wants their picture fixed.
